Italian artist of cosmopolitan origin, Duran works through multiple mediums such as painting, photography, and video art. She began exhibiting in 1990 in collective exhibitions as well as personal ones both in Italy and abroad. Her works are present in both private and public collections. 

She is an Art educator.

She is artistic director with Corrado de Grazia of Studio Urbana, Spazio Indipendente di Produzione Culturale, open since 2007 as an exhibition space. She has curated personal and collective exhibitions collaborating with public institutions and art galleries, specializing in art services, catalogues, and art publishing.
